Notification of the posting employer

A posting employer who sends his employees to the territory of the Slovak Republic to perform work in the provision of services is, in accordance with Art. § 4 par. 1 of Act no. 351/2015 Coll. obliged to notify the National Labour Inspectorate of the posting of employees.

Before you start

To fill out the form you need the following information:

• data of the employer who sends employees (posting employer),
• personal data of posted employees,
• information on performed work and services that the posting employer will provide through posted employees,
• details of the person authorized to deliver documents (contact person),
• information on whether the posted employee replaces another posted employee.
